Why is my card declined?
If your card is declined, you will need to call up your bank to inform that you are trying to make payment to KCLau. Our card processor is from the USA. Some banks are cautious to prevent fraud and automatically reject payment made online to an international merchant. After you call them, this payment shall go through.
Alternatively, you can choose to complete the transaction via PayPal (choose the PayPal option), which has higher approval rate for Malaysia customers.
WARNING: If you are using CIMB credit cards, your bank will charge an extra 1% as Cross Border Transaction fee. You will see it in your statement later. However, there are no such charges by Maybank, OCBC, Ambank, UOB, Alliance Bank, Citibank, Hong Leong Bank, AEON Credit and Public Bank. Please consider not to use CIMB if possible.
Can I make payment through bank transfer?
If you don't want to pay us using a credit card, please follow the steps below:
#1. Bank in the amount (RM999 for yearly, sorry that we can't take bank transfer for monthly payment due to administrative limitation)

Will my card be charged for auto-renewal on the next billing cycle?
Yes. But you can cancel anytime by sending us an email support@kclau.com to inform cancellation so we can manually cancel your auto-renewal and make adjustment to your account.
